From our oven to your table — artisan breads, curated groceries, and the quiet rhythm of a neighborhood staple on Peachy Canyon Road.
Our Story
Villa Creek began as a simple conviction: that good food — properly made — has a way of gathering people. Nestled along Peachy Canyon Road in Paso Robles, we've built something unhurried and honest.
Our bread is mixed in small batches, fermented slowly, and baked each morning. Our grocery shelves carry what we'd choose for our own tables — local olive oils, artisan cheeses, pantry staples from neighboring farms.
What We Offer
Sourdough, ciabatta, and seasonal loaves — each one leavened naturally and baked to a crust that sings.
Croissants, tarts, and daily specials made from scratch. Everything starts with butter and patience.
Olive oils, vinegars, cheeses, preserves, and pantry essentials from Paso Robles and beyond.
Kind Words
The sourdough here is unlike anything I've found elsewhere in the area. We drive past three other bakeries just to stop at Villa Creek on our way home.
Walking into Villa Creek feels like stepping into someone's well-run kitchen. The grocery selection is thoughtful — you can tell they pick everything themselves.
We host our dinner guests here now. The cheese and bread pairing alone is worth the trip — and the croissants are dangerously good.
